Thanks for this post. I found it very interesting. I recently watched some videos about the process of removing fat from the American diet and how it was replaced with lots of sugar, mostly high fructose corn syrup. The results have been disastrous to the our health. There was a very interesting segment on fats, and the buoyancy of saturated fats in the bloodstream.
