Sewing again

I finished this dress for Kit this week. I've not been working on it for a while now. The sewing fever left me and it's not exactly returned, but I'm starting to feel like I can enjoy it again. The pattern is from Bunny Bear.

Amy gets some great shots when she's got the camera in hand.

I also finished a skirt for my niece (no pic). I finally started using the book Sew What Skirts to make a couple a-line skirts for my nieces. I can't believe how easy it is and how fast the skirt goes together.

Meanwhile, my headache continues. :( The Dr. thinks it's sinus related based on my symptoms even though it doesn't hurt like a normal sinus headache. All I know at this point is that I'm way past being ready for it to go away.

"Dear Father, Please heal Ann's headache SOON. And if not, give her the strength to bear it because I know how constant pain can wear you down. Not fun. Pleading for the Great Healer to heal and comfort. Amen."

This is a lovely dress. It looks so fresh and spring like. Amy has very nice composition to her pics.

I hope you get over your headache soon. As a fellow headache sufferer I know just how draining a chronic headache can be.
