What's your opinion

"Make all the things you worry about become all the things you're investing in."

This is from a commercial for Key Bank, so their context is money and investing, but do you think there is spiritual truth in it? What would it look like to invest in the things we worry about? e.g. If I worry about my health, does it mean I should invest time or money in fixing it?

OR is the about not spiritual at all? Let me know what you think.

For me, the key is, "Who owns the problem?" I can SOMETIMES not worry if I don't own the problem. If I own the problem, rather than worry about it, I take action(invest) to try to solve the problem. I do everything I can to that end so that if I do not succeed, at least I know that I did the best I could. The idea needs to be changed to: "If it is worth worrying about, it is worth the effort to to do something about it."

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

When I'm tempted to worry - I turn to these verses.
